- Eigenverantwortliche Versorgung unserer Bewohner*innen durch eine bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege auf Touren in Stadtsteinach
- Erstellung, Umsetzung und Evaluation individueller Pflegepläne
- Medikamentenmanagement und Wundversorgung auf Basis ärztlicher Verordnungen
- Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
- Beratungseinsätze nach §37.3
- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts
- Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegehilfskräften und Auszubildenden
- Keine geteilten Dienste - Frühdienst oder Spätdienst
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z.B. Altenpfleger*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in)
- Idealerweise Zusatzausbildung zur Praxisanleitung
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Pflegerisches Grundverständnis und (erste) Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
- Bereitschaft zum Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst
- Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
- Deutschkenntnisse
